Frequently Asked Questions

Tuition is an automatic monthly charge. For Recreation and Preschool classes, Tuition is due on the 15th of each month and is good for the next following month. 

For Team tuition, tuition is due on the 1st of each month for that current month. 

In order to end your membership and withdraw from a class, we must receive an email or hand written letter 2 weeks before the 15th, in order to not be charged for the next following month. You will have a dropped date on the 14th to stop the following months tuition. You are welcome to finish out the current month or next month if already paid for. 

For girls a leotard is always best to wear in the gym, its easier to move around and to be on the equipment in one. Hair should always be up in a pony tail if it allows it. 

For boys t-shirt and shorts are perfect for class.

Our season runs just like school does. September - June. Enrollment is open all season as long as there is space in a class.

In order to be eligible for a make up you must call prior to the absence to let us know that your child will not be attending that weeks class. We can then schedule you a make up. 

Yes. If you are signing your child up in the middle of the month and they have missed 1 or more classes then your tuition fee is prorated for that month. If you are signing up after the 15th you will also be charged for the next following month plus your prorated fee for the current month upon registering. 

No. We do not offer trial classes as we feel  you don't get the whole experience out of just one class. We ask for you to try one month of classes to get the full experience. 

We always suggest  coming to sit in the lobby with your unsure child to watch as classes are running to see what they would also be doing in class.

Ace Gymnastics has a brand new app out. You can download it for free on iTunes App Store & Google Play. A push notification to the app and emails will be sent for any closures. Ace also follows Ipswich schools for all their snow days.
